Supergirl #23 cover art by Mahmud Asrar
I was slightly worried that when Rocafort’s new Cyborg Superman design debuted, his bits’n’pieces approach to mechanicals might prove too complicated for other artists. But Asrar does not disappoint. This is fantastic.
I kind of love Ralph Niese’s Hawkgirl.
Damn. Someone’s been working on her gains.

2nd artwork done for my Zelda Theophany project!
Artwork based on Theophany’s incredible Majora’s Mask remix album (the second track called “The Clockworks”), which you can find here.
Stay tuned for the third soundtrack artwork: Terrible Fate.
Viewtiful Joe tribute by Paolo Alinea. It’s so common to see the cast rendered with thick lines and heavy, contrasting blackness just like the in-game cel shading graphics. But they look just as recognizable here, portrayed more realistically. The monstrous level bosses seem even more imposing. And that scarf brings everything together.
Stunning early Mickey and friends illustrations by Walt Disney from 1935.
I love these drawings.
The ending to Captain Marvel #31. The villain Thanos, having announced his plan to annihilate Earth, reveals that he has imprisoned the monstrously powerful cosmic entity known as Kronos and now has god-level abilities.
By Ralph Niese. In the grim darkness that is the future of Tokyo, there is only punishment.
