Do you read “Invincible”?  If the answer is no, then you’re not reading the best superhero book on the stands today.  And if you’re not doing that, what ARE you wasting your money on?
This is Robot, a member of the new Guardians of the Globe and he’s pretty much bad ass.  He’s had some of the coolest story lines in the series and just keeps getting better and better as a character.  I was a little bit unsure of what to draw last night at draw night, so I asked Ryan if he had any of his Invincible stuff around (so I could get reference) and he busted out the new Guarding the Globe book and I knew I had to draw “Battle-Ready Robot”!  Ryan’s design for this version of Robot is top notch (on top of an already KILLER design by Cory Walker) and I had a lot of fun with it.

Somehow, this feels like the most graphic artwork I’ve uploaded thus far.

Rex Splode by Zac Gorman.  Fairly whimsical, peaceful stylization of a man whose power is to ignite and explode any random object.

(I think Harry S Truman is my favorite character in this, but it’s tough to decide)

Fuckin’ masons, man.  They know how to throw a party.

I was honored to have made a pin-up piece for the upcoming run of Image comics’ Luther Strode series by the great team of Tradd Moore and Justin Jordan. This is a new character,  thus I decided to stay relatively true to her design for now at least. I can safely say the book is looking phenomenal! Definitely keep an eye out if you’re interested in great art and a great story!
