Viewtiful Joe tribute by Paolo Alinea.  It’s so common to see the cast rendered with thick lines and heavy, contrasting blackness just like the in-game cel shading graphics.  But they look just as recognizable here, portrayed more realistically.  The monstrous level bosses seem even more imposing.  And that scarf brings everything together.
