Recalling the events of Crisis on Infinite Earths in JLA: Incarnations #5.  Barry Allen pushes himself to hit faster-than-light speeds, destroying an antimatter doomsday device trained on the Earth.  However this exceeds even his absurdly superhuman physical limits.  His body and consciousness are absorbed into the Speed Force, diffusing him across time and space, and shortly before fading he witnesses the creation of all other heroes and villains in the Flash dynasty.
